One of our volunteers an idea to create a music video about white squirrels. They created this video (there was $0 available to produce it) and opted to use AI to help generate the lyrics and the music. We love how it turned out.
White Squirrel Dreams
Up in the hills where the pines grow tall
A little town’s got the rarest of ’em all
White as a cloud
Quick as the breeze
Dancing like ghosts in the Carolina trees
Folks round here don’t take it lightly
They guard those tails shining so brightly
White squirrels in Brevard
They’re the pride of the land
We keep ’em safe with a gentle hand
They scurry
They climb
They’re a sight to see
Living free
Oh
In our mountain dreams
Legends say they’re lucky
A treasure untold
Eyes like dark rivers
Fur dipped in snow
Kids on the sidewalk
Pointing in awe
Even the tourists forget their drawl
We paint their pictures
We tell their story
A little town crowned in white-tailed glory
White squirrels in Brevard
They’re the pride of the land
We keep ’em safe with a gentle hand
They scurry
They climb
They’re a sight to see
Living free
Oh
In our mountain dreams
